USE OF THE AL DAVIS WEBSITE
By accessing the Al Davis website, the user agrees to not copy or use any of the content for personal or commercial purposes. All text, information, photographic images, logos and designs are the property of Al Davis. All works are subject to copyright and are prohibited from being replicated or used without seeking prior approval. Legal action may be taken for any infringements on rights associated with any images or other works on this website.
ACCEPTANCE
This website is operated by Al Davis who reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you.
Any order placed by the customer is an agreement to purchase a particular item or items based on these Terms and Conditions. Our FAQ must also be read, understood and accepted before making an order of a product from aldavis.com.au, as these are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. Al Davis reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including and without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or other product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Until Al Davis receives payment in full for a product of any description, Al Davis remains the lawful owner of the product. Your contract of agreement of our Terms and Conditions with Al Davis comes into effect once you have made payment.
PRIVACY POLICY
Al Davis will not sell your personal information or contact details onto any other parties. If you choose to subscribe to our email list, we may email you from time to time with special offers and/or when new products that become available. If you wish to stop receiving emails, please click ‘unsubscribe’ within the email we have sent to you or inform us at: al@aldavis.com.au and we will delete all of your details from our mailing list.
SECURITY
Al Davis does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your payment and credit card details are processed by our selected third-party payment processors that securely handle your payment information in accordance with their terms and conditions and privacy policy.

DAMAGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
We use one of Australia’s best printing and framing providers to deliver our customers high quality, made-to-order prints based off each customer’s preference of image, size and frame colour. As every order placed is a one-off production for each customer, we do not give refunds or credit if you have simply changed your mind. Credit towards another Al Davis product can be issued if your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. We also do not give refunds or credit if the advertised size is not correct for your space, so please carefully make your measurements before purchasing.
If applying for a credit or replacement due to a faulty or damaged product, Al Davis must be contacted within 2 business days of the customer receiving delivery of the item. Please contact us at al@aldavis.com.au with details of your purchase and the reason for seeking credit or exchange. If approved by providing clear evidence of genuine damage, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition.
The initial shipping cost will not be credited and the cost of the return shipping will be at the customer’s own expense. Only the original purchase price in Australian Dollars will be refunded as credit for Al Davis products. We will send you a notice of credit once we have received the return delivery of the product, and we are satisfied that it has not been damaged after you initially received it. If the product has been damaged during the return process, this is the full responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given. In this case, the product can be returned to the customer. If the product simply is not delivered to us and lost in transit, this is also the full responsibility of the customer. Choosing insurance for your shipment that is to be returned to Al Davis is highly recommended, so you are covered in the event of damage to or loss of the product occurring.
All international purchases of any Al Davis product along with sale items are strictly a final sale; refunds, credits or exchanges will not be considered. We strongly recommend that international customers purchase prints only and have images framed locally upon delivery in your country.
Website and product designs remain the property of Al Davis.
WARRANTY
Al Davis does not offer a period of warranty on our products. We however would like to be contacted in the case that a customer has a fault with a product from aldavis.com.au. As we are serious about customer satisfaction and will consider resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
